Booking & Cancellation Policy

  

To retain your reservation a deposit is required at the time of booking and credit card details required.

  

Tariffs are not refundable or transferable for any :

• no shows

• cancellations within deadlines listed below

• early departure if your stay is cut short due to weather, health or other circumstances.

  

Should you need to cancel your booking between now and the seasonal cancellation deadlines listed below your deposit will be refunded less 3.3% of the cost of the accommodation if paid by credit card.

High Season Policies & Dates

DATES:

24/12/2010 - 8/1 2011  (Christmas 2011)

5/4/2012 - 8/4/2012       (Easter 2012)

4/5/2012 - 6/5/2012       (Labour 2012)

8/6/2012 - 10/6/2010     (Queens Birthday 2012)

23/12/2012 - 8/1/2013   (Christmas 2013)

  

BOOKING: A deposit of one (1) night's accommodation is required at the time of reservation and full payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. If the reservation is made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, the total amount must be paid within forty-eight (48) hours of making reservation to confirm the booking.

  

CANCELLATION: If booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival date 50% cancellation fee of booking will apply. If booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival date 100% cancellation fee will apply.

  

Low Season Policies & Dates

DATES: All other dates.

  

BOOKING: A deposit of one (1) night's tariff is required at the time of reservation and credit card details required.

  

CANCELLATION: If booking is cancelled within 48hours of arrival date no refund will apply.
